Digital sales process
Customers can independently go through the entire insurance purchase process online — from filling out data, selecting an offer and payment, to receiving the policy.
For over 15 years we've supported one of the insurance market leaders in developing key sales systems. We designed and implemented a modern platform for insurance sales and renewals, automating processes that previously required intensive work from sales teams and administration — and we continue developing this solution together.
Medicover is one of the most recognized healthcare companies in Poland, offering comprehensive healthcare, diagnostic services, and solutions supporting patient and employee health. With the development of digital services and growing user expectations, Medicover needed a partner to help create modern, intuitive, and scalable technology solutions — ensuring convenient access to medical services, high-quality service, and data security. That partner became Veloce.
The Telesales platform (NESP) is one of the key solutions implemented as part of our long-term collaboration with the client. The system was designed to comprehensively support sales, customer service, and policy renewals, automating processes and shifting a significant portion of the purchase journey to a self-service model.
The new platform streamlined insurance sales and customer service, automating key processes and reducing policy purchase time. The result is greater operational efficiency and better customer experience.

Due to the project's scale and strategic importance, we divided system development into successive stages. We worked in Scrum methodology, regularly delivering new features and expanding the platform without disrupting the client's current operations.
We started each stage with joint process analysis and workshops with stakeholders to ensure designed solutions addressed actual business needs.
We created a scalable architecture and integration plan with the client's existing systems, considering security, performance, and future development requirements.
We developed the system in short sprints, gradually releasing new modules — from the new sales app, through online sales, to the policy renewal process.
Each release underwent comprehensive functional and integration testing. The client participated in reviews on an ongoing basis and provided feedback during regular demos.
We deployed new features in phases, allowing users to benefit from successive improvements without a costly one-time system replacement.
After launch, we continued developing the platform, adapting it to new business needs and adding new features.
We regularly adjusted the scope of work to changing business needs, so the solution evolved alongside the organization.
Two-week sprints, daily standups, and regular demos gave the client full visibility into progress and the ability to influence product direction on an ongoing basis.
We implemented modern solutions gradually, replacing a decade-old system without interrupting user work and maintaining business process continuity.
We've been developing the project since 2022 and continue actively supporting the client, expanding the platform with new features addressing emerging business challenges.
Our client has long handled insurance sales for individual customers, managing thousands of sales processes and renewals. With growing customer expectations and the development of digital channels, the traditional model based on phone contact, email communication, and manual handling no longer provided adequate efficiency and scalability.
To meet new market demands, it was necessary to create a modern platform that would automate the entire process — from lead generation, through offer preparation and online policy purchase, to administrative service and renewals.
The key challenges included:
Transforming traditional sales process into a modern self-service model, enabling customers to independently purchase insurance online in just minutes.
Creating a scalable platform without technical debt, integrating sales, payments, administrative service and renewal process, and prepared for further development and changing business needs.
Customers can independently go through the entire insurance purchase process online — from filling out data, selecting an offer and payment, to receiving the policy.
Automating key process stages allowed shortening policy purchase time to approximately 15 minutes and significantly reducing the involvement of sales and administration.
Manual activities related to offer preparation, data entry, and document handling were replaced with automated processes, reducing error risk and team burden.
Integration with online payments, electronic document delivery, and self-service forms created a cohesive purchasing experience meeting modern customer expectations.
The dedicated Renewal module streamlined policy renewal management, increasing automation levels and supporting retention activities and cross-selling.
Modular architecture and integration with the client's systems enable further expansion of the solution and rapid implementation of new features as business needs evolve.
