Veloce Privacy
Policy _
Data security isn't one line item in our offering — it's the foundation of it. For over 20 years we've been building systems for banks, insurers, and the healthcare sector. We know how to protect information. These rules explain what we do with your data and what rights you have.
The essentials in 30 seconds_
Name, email, message content — when you write to us. Email — when you sign up for the newsletter. Technical data (IP, cookies) — when you visit the site. Nothing beyond that.
We respond to your inquiry. We fulfill a contract. We analyze site traffic. We send the newsletter (if you've signed up). Every purpose has a legal basis.
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, complaint to the data protection authority. All at rodo@veloce.pl.
Information about our

Some Data is collected automatically while you visit the Service — through cookies and other similar technologies. Other Data we collect when you enter it in contact or registration forms placed in the Service.
You can actively manage cookies and similar technologies in our cookie management panel.
Below we describe your rights as well as the detailed rules and purposes of processing the Personal Data we collect in connection with your use of the Service.
- The right to access your Data;
- The right to request rectification of your Data;
- The right to erasure of your Data ("the right to be forgotten");
- The right to restriction of processing;
- The right to data portability;
- The right to object to processing for marketing purposes — at any time and without giving a reason;
- The right to object to other processing purposes — at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, against processing based on our legitimate interest (e.g. for analytical or statistical purposes). Such an objection should include justification;
- The right not to be subject to a decision (including profiling) based solely on automated processing that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you;
- The right to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent) — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for data protection — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
- You can exercise these rights by sending an appropriate request to: Veloce Software Sp. z o.o., ul. Bobrowiecka 3A/206, 00-728 Warsaw, or by email to rodo@veloce.pl.
In your request, you should, where possible, precisely indicate its subject matter. If we're unable to determine the content of your request or identify you, we'll contact you for additional information. Providing this information is not mandatory, but its absence will result in the request being rejected.
We'll respond to your request no later than one month after receiving it. If this deadline needs to be extended — we'll inform you of the reasons.
We respond to the email address from which the request was sent, and for requests sent by mail or another method — by regular mail to the address you provided (unless the request specifies a response by electronic means — in which case please indicate an email address).
We keep information about the request submitted and the person who submitted it in order to be able to demonstrate compliance with the law and to establish, defend, or pursue potential claims. We maintain a register of requests in a manner that guarantees the integrity and confidentiality of the Data it contains. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in maintaining accountability for handling requests and pursuing or defending against claims. You have the right to object.
Data may be disclosed to relevant authorities or third parties who submit such a request, based on an appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable regulations.
If you have given consent, your Personal Data may also be shared with other entities for their own purposes, including marketing purposes.
- providing the service or fulfilling the order;
- until consent is withdrawn;
- until a valid objection to processing is raised — in situations where the legal basis is the Controller's legitimate interest.
- The processing period may be extended if processing is necessary to establish, pursue, or defend against claims — and then only for as long and to the extent required by law.
After the processing period ends, Data is irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
Your activity in the Service, including your Personal Data, is recorded in system logs and processed mainly for purposes related to providing services in the Service.
